A group of architects came up with the idea of opening a food truck that serves their favorite chicken wrap. After much planning and hard work, BONELESS 28 was born in July 2019, and it was the first Boneless-named restaurant to exist in Lebanon. The kiosk was strategically located in Kaslik K Square Parking, a popular spot that attracts locals and tourists alike.
Just three months after its grand opening, the October riot hit the country and the economy took a turn for the worse. It was a challenging time for the business, but one of the architects, believing in the project wholeheartedly, even went as far as selling his own car to keep the kiosk afloat. The project meant to him alot since after graduating and winning an architectural competition he received a prize of $10,000, and had invested it in this passion.
Despite the hardships in the first three years, BONELESS 28 became a beloved establishment, attracting visitors from all over Lebanon. What started as a humble kiosk had now evolved into a successful fast food chain with multiple branches locally and plans for global expansion.
